Section 702 & Government Surveillance Reform act

Section 702 https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/R48592 of FISA allows for warrant less surveillance that often captures American’s communications, raising significant concerns about privacy rights. This surveillance can lead to the collection of data from millions of innocent Americans without their knowledge or consent, effectively bypassing Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches. One way they do this is by implements FBI AI Agents that can Monitor our data for whatever even if that means using deepfake tech to get the results they want. Right now a defense we can implement is to get them to support the Government Surveillance Reform act which means we have to get our voices heard and call our state senators and tell them you would like to support the reform act! We only have until April 20th of 2026.

The Plan:

Call (202) 224-3121 Capitol SwitchBoard

Ask to speak to your state senator

Once they connect you say: I’m calling about FISA Section 702 which expires April 20th. I’m asking the senator to support the Government Surveillance Reform act and not to renew this law without reforms

A Small Video About Deep Fakes And How They Use Neural Data To Commit Crimes Against the People

Protecting Minds in the Age of Brain Data

It took me a while to write this because I have so many thoughts about the growing power to read and manipulate brain data. We’ve reached a moment where deepfakes and brain-data technologies can upend lives: someone can be criminalized or imprisoned on the basis of a fabricated video, and false information can be delivered to people in ways they can’t easily detect.

What’s most alarming is this: if a system can interpret signals from your brain, it can also send signals back. Those signals might be perceived consciously by people who are attuned to them, or absorbed subconsciously by those still learning how their minds work. That changes the nature of influence and harm. It’s no longer only about persuasion or misinformation it's about direct interventions on thought and perception.

& When it comes to Mental health. Mental Health professionals face a profound new challenge. Therapy has always involved helping people contend with their own thoughts; now clinicians may have to help them contend with technological intrusions as well. The idea of becoming “digitally sick”infected by malicious or manipulative signals in the way a body can be infected by a virus moves from science fiction toward reality when brain-wave data can be weaponized.

We must champion the protection of every person’s neural data. Without strong safeguards, we risk slipping into a new form of oppression: instead of physical whips, control could take the form of electrical manipulation visible only through specialized equipment. That’s why automatic IoT systems that cannot reliably distinguish between devices and humans should be illegal. And why we must insist on laws, standards, and technologies that protect mental autonomy.

Fight for the right to protect your data. Fight for the right not to be harmed physically, digitally, or mentally. The stakes are nothing less than our freedom of mind.

‘neural data’ can reveal intimate information about individuals, including health, mental states, emotions, and cognitive function". In other words They can tell when your HORNY! :p

Dear Rebels our Privacy has been stolen and movements tracked. Legal Bill Below CA

(OPT OUT) Privacy Is Important

In the shadows, unseen, they lurk, the data brokers, tracking our every move, Sometimes legally sanctioned now after a whistleblower's brought evidence to the authorities. They bank on our ignorance, hoping we remain unaware as they profit off our daily lives.

With their specialized IDs, they delve deep into our existence, from our purchases to our TV habits, even crafting predictions of our future actions based on our every step using AI. It's a lucrative game; they can pinpoint potential customers with precision, like a moving company targeting new homeowners by purchasing bank data of recent buyers in a specific area.

Yet, for the ordinary folk, it's a chilling reality. Every store we enter, every club we dance in, every fleeting thought we voice is meticulously traced. Not only are we under the watchful eye of security cameras, but our actions are cross-referenced with AI, creating detailed profiles linked to our AD IDs. Our choices, our associations, our very selves, laid bare for scrutiny.

Opting out seems like the only recourse, but the allure of profit ensures a steady stream of willing sellers and eager buyers. As long as there's a market, our data remains a commodity to be bought and sold. So, the call resounds: opt out, if you dare to reclaim a modicum of privacy in this data-driven world

OPT OUT OR MAKE EM PAY

The Key is To ethier opt out or make them pay you for the data. In the bill above it states that you can request the companies to stop but must be done through electronic request or by mail. You can also ask then to send you everything that was already been tracked on you. If your a person who wants your data to be sold then I suggest making them pay you for the data that is being used. There are various Programs like Mode to Culture.Io who make sure you get paid or get a products for your data!

The PAIN FOR Inventors

Have you ever had an invention then 3 months later another person comes out with the product? Obviously most people do sometimes have the same thought but its also more apparent that if you have an idea and said it out loud around a cell phone that has apps that have audio tracking, then not only did you share your invention with your self, but also shared it with the person who manages your Advertisement ID. Its a game of Trick the middle class and best believe they are winning.
